For 41 years, Electronic Sales of New England (ESNE) has worked with the ocean industry as a regional manufacturers' representative. ESNE has grown to meet the needs of their customers through steadily increasing their product offerings, their territory coverage, and by delivering professional, personalized service. Molchan Marine Sciences facilitated ESNE in establishing a Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure the products they sell and distribute consistently meet the quality requirements of their customers and end-users. This included defining Quality Assurance procedures, defining staff responsibilities, the development of a Quality Manual and an Inspection Procedure document. MMS used the extensive experience in private and government contracting and procurement procedures to create a Quality Assurance Manual and related procedures and documentation. The manual was based on industry standards for Quality Management and tailored to ESNE’s role as a Distributor for oceanographic equipment and technical equipment cases. |
